I may be imagining things here but I thought there was an ongoing group buy for replacement wipers off a guy on Ebay. I've done a search but can't see anything. Can anyone confirm or deny this before I just go and buy some the ordinary way?

TD, Fran sorted me out with some VW/Audi wipers which clear the screen far better than normal ones.

Send him a PM maybe?

If you know part numbers I can do a Arm's and blades all in price with postage etc.

They are a very good fit. They do lift at 100mph plus (allegedly ;\) ) I think this is due to there not being a spoiler on the arm. Better than standard wipers even the spoiler ones and they make the car look cleaner. Just need to get one for the rear now

I had Bosch spoilers and they lifted at 80. \:\( Replaced them with Bosch wipers without spoilers and now they lift at 90 (apparently!) So a fat lot of use the spoiler is

I noticed that the ebay listing is for different sizes for drivers and passenger sides. Is this right?

I have Tesco Value wipers and they are the same size. They cost about £3.00. They wipe my windscreen, they don't smear and they allegedly don't lift until 120 mph, providing you haven't a headwind.

Thats what i was thinking. Do you need to replace the whole arm to use the aero wipers? I assume its just a bolt off, bolt on job.

All the people I spoke to could only give a discount on postage and then only to one delivery address so the discount would be negligble after adding in delivery to the end recipient..
